Terms of use
1. Conditions of use
By using Willow & Gavel you agree to these terms. Leagues are invite-only; keep your login to yourself. Within a league, the admin's decisions on bids, sales and results are final. Don't try to view other teams' private data, share logins or disrupt an auction. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. The service is provided as it is, and its features, rules and points system may change.
2. Disclaimer
Willow & Gavel is an independent fan game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the BCCI, the Indian Premier League, any franchise or any player. Team names are place names and team colours are our own. IPL and franchise names and logos belong to their owners. Player names and match statistics are used only to identify players and calculate points. It is free to play: no real money, betting or prizes, and all purses and prices are play money. Scores come from third-party providers and may be delayed or occasionally wrong; we correct points when we find errors.
3. Privacy
We store only what the game needs: your email, your team, and your league's auction results, lineups and points. Wishlists are private to each team. Cookies are used only to keep you signed in and remember your display theme; there are no advertising trackers. We never sell your data. To see or delete your data, contact [CONTACT EMAIL].
4. Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are never stored in readable form, and admins can turn on two-step sign-in. Bids and sales are checked by our servers, and admin actions are logged. To report a security issue privately, contact [SECURITY EMAIL].
5. Copyright
